    Brushtail Coffee

    Coffee roastery

Brushtail Coffee is an internet-based coffee subscription service listed at 7839 S Sprinkle Rd in Portage, MI. Its subscription offering includes free shipping, and delivery is listed among its service options. The business describes its approach through the “Brushtail Philosophy”: receiving each morning with gratitude and making carefully curated, fresh-roasted coffee part of that daily practice. The roasting process is manual and small-batch, using a metal drum and a standard gas grill. Rather than setting an automated roast profile, the roaster relies on sound, smell, smoke, and familiarity with the beans and equipment to guide each batch. That hands-on method is a specific feature of the business’s own description, which emphasizes the attention required for every roast. Listed payment options include credit and debit cards, and the address has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking. Its Google rating is 5 stars, though that figure reflects just one review.
